Where can I find tracking information?

📦 Where to Find Tracking Information

Several sources provide tracking information once a shipment has been completed and successfully charged.

🛠️ Step 4: Payment & Confirmation

• After submitting a successful new shipment, a confirmation screen will display the tracking info for the shipment in the center.

📧 Customer Receipt

• Tracking information is also provided directly on the customer’s receipt.

  You can:

  • Print a receipt for them at the time of purchase.
  • Email a receipt to them if their email address was entered during Step 1: Sender & Recipient's Info.

🔍 Past Shipments Menu

• Tracking information can also be searched for and found in the Past Shipments menu.

This ensures multiple ways for both staff and customers to access tracking updates easily.
