How do I refund the customer?

🧾 Voiding a Shipment

At the end of Step 4: Payment & Confirmation, after you’ve successfully charged the customer, there will be an option to Void Shipment.

Selecting this option will:

  • Confirm that you wish to void the label (making it unusable for shipping)
  • Automatically refund the customer for their previous charge

🔁 Accessing Past Shipments

The Void Shipment option is also available for previous shipments in the list found on the Past Shipment menu page.

⚠️ Important Note

Note that refunding the customer in this way automatically voids the shipping label.

A delivered shipment cannot be voided, as per carrier regulations.
