💵 How to View Shipping Price & Fee Breakdown

Understanding the cost of each shipment is easy within the PSM Shipper platform. Here's how to view a detailed breakdown of charges:

📍 During a New Shipment

If you’re in the process of creating a new shipment:

1. Navigate to Step 4: Payment & Confirmation.
2. In the lower right corner, you’ll find the Price and Fee Breakdown box.
3. To view detailed store-level fees, click the dropdown caret on the Store Entry line to expand the breakdown.

📄 For a Past Shipment

To view fees from a completed shipment:

1. Go to the Past Shipments menu.
2. Select the individual shipment.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the shipment details pop-out to view the full fee breakdown.
