🔁 How to Make Edits Before Finalizing a Shipment

Absolutely! If you've reached Step 4: Payment & Confirmation in a new shipment and notice an error, you have a couple of ways to make changes before charging the customer:


🔙 Option 1: Backtrack to an Earlier Step

  • Use the step navigation bar at the top center of the screen to click back to the specific step you need to adjust.

✏️ Option 2: Use the Edit Buttons

  • Each section on the Step 4 screen has an Edit button located on the far right.
  • Click this to directly modify the related information — such as sender/recipient details, packaging, or shipment method — before finalizing the transaction.

These tools ensure you can correct any detail before the customer's card is charged.
