How can I choose the estimated delivery date?

In Step 3: Select Method, after choosing a carrier or providing details for a custom package in Step 2, the system will request estimated shipping dates from each available carrier.

Each carrier method card will display:

  • Estimated delivery day and time, based on your package details and destination

⚠️ What if You Don’t See a Shipping Date?

If no estimated date appears beneath a shipping method:

  • It means the carrier’s system was unable to return a date based on your current input and their internal systems

To retry:

  1. Backtrack to Step 2
  2. Adjust the package measurements or destination address
  3. Return to Step 3 to prompt a fresh response from the carrier

This will often allow the system to retrieve and display updated delivery estimates.
