How do I remove shipping options from a certain carrier?

🚚 Managing Shipping Methods with Shipper

With Shipper, you can manage the shipping methods offered by each carrier to suit your store's needs. By disabling specific shipping methods, you ensure they no longer appear as options for customers during checkout, simplifying the selection process and aligning with your shipping policies.

To disable a shipping method and update your checkout options, follow the steps outlined below.


Part One - Settings Menu

Select the Settings Menu, to the left of the screen, highlighted in RED.


Part Two - Selecting the Carrier

Click on the Icon for the carrier you are changing shipment methods for, highlighted with a RED Square.


Part Three - Adjusting Carrier Specific Shipment Methods

Within the RED box are the different shipment method options.

You can un-check a shipment method to remove this option for the customer when they go to process their shipment, highlighted in GREEN.

Select the Save button if any changes have been made, highlighted in BLUE.
