Where can I charge a handling fee?

💵 Setting and Charging Handling Fees

Firstly, you can navigate to the Settings menu and set a default price that will populate with each shipment using the Default Handling Fees ($) option.

Note: You can override this default price with any shipment as you create it.

🛠️ How to Charge Handling Fees

To charge for your handling:

• Enter the amount into the Handling Fees ($) field.

  This field can be found in Step 2: Packaging Type:

  • Directly under the measurements if you are using your own custom packaging
  • At the bottom of the page if you are opting to use carrier packaging
