How Do I Provide Tracking Updates to the Recipient?
đź“§ Enabling Tracking Notifications for Recipients
To enable tracking updates for your recipient, enter their email address in the Recipient Info section at the start of Step 1: Sender & Recipient’s Info.
Within the Recipient Info box, you’ll find a field labeled Email (optional).
By entering the recipient’s email address here:
- They’ll automatically receive email notifications with tracking information
- They’ll stay informed and updated on the delivery status every step of the way
This ensures a smooth and transparent shipping experience for your customers.
Adding an Email Address for Automatic Notifications
Enter the Email Address that will be receiving the automatic notifications for the shipment, highlighted in RED.
