How Do I Provide Tracking Updates to the Recipient?

📧 Enabling Tracking Notifications for Recipients

To enable tracking updates for your recipient, enter their email address in the Recipient Info section at the start of Step 1: Sender & Recipient’s Info.

Within the Recipient Info box, you’ll find a field labeled Email (optional).

By entering the recipient’s email address here:

• They’ll automatically receive email notifications with tracking information
• They’ll stay informed and updated on the delivery status every step of the way

This ensures a smooth and transparent shipping experience for your customers.
